Roofing Company Naples FL

Roof Repair Naples is a roofing service based at 4300 Exchange Ave, Naples, FL 34104. We handle roof repair, including leak repair and storm damage repair, and roof replacement, including new roof installation, for homes in Naples and the surrounding area. This page explains how we work, which permits we pull, the local conditions that shape Naples roofs, and where we work, so you can confirm we are a real, reachable Naples business before you call (239) 667-0281.

How We Work

Every job starts with a full-system inspection before we quote any work. We look at the covering, flashing, vents, penetrations, and the underlayment beneath them, because a leak often starts in a part of the roof you cannot see from the ground. We photograph what we find.

Before work begins, you receive a written scope that lists what we will do and the materials involved. We do not start work on a verbal agreement.

We pull permits from the authority that covers the job address. Inside Naples city limits, that is the City of Naples Building Department. For unincorporated Collier County addresses, which make up much of the Naples mailing area, permits go through the county's Roof (PRRF) route. That route requires an Index Sheet listing the Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade NOA numbers for the roofing materials, underlayment, and vents. Where the roof has a wood deck, a Re-Roof Affidavit must be on site at the 169 Re-roof Dry-in/Flashing Inspection. We confirm which authority applies to your address before we start.

Repair or replacement is a decision based on what we find, not on which job pays more. A surface repair is the right spend when the damage is limited to the covering and the underlayment beneath it is sound. It is the wrong spend when water has already moved below the surface, when the decking is soft, or when the underlayment has failed. A patch over those problems hides the damage and usually fails again. In those cases we tell you a repair will not hold, and we explain what replacement involves.

The Naples We Work In

The City of Naples is small. The Census Bureau's July 2025 estimate puts its population at 20,114 across 12.30 square miles, with 9,836 households. About 82.1 percent of its housing is owner-occupied, and 55.8 percent of residents are 65 or older. These figures describe the city only. Most homes with a Naples mailing address sit in unincorporated Collier County around the city, so the city numbers do not describe the whole area we serve.

The weather sets the work schedule. The rainy season runs from June through September, when Naples averages roughly 5.9 to 6.1 inches of rain a month. October through May is much drier, at about 1.4 to 3.1 inches a month. Those four wet months, when Naples averages 5.9 to 6.1 inches of rain, are when a failing roof shows itself.

Two storms define the roofs here. Hurricane Irma made landfall on 10 September 2017 as a Category 3 storm and caused the most wind damage in Naples. Hurricane Ian made landfall on 28 September 2022 as a Category 4 storm and produced a saltwater surge of more than 7 feet in Naples.

Where We Work

We serve Naples and the areas within 20 miles of it, including Golden Gate, Marco Island, Naples Manor, Lely, Naples Park, and Vineyards. Golden Gate, Naples Manor, Lely, Naples Park, and Vineyards are unincorporated communities near Naples. Marco Island is a separate city about 16 miles south, with its own permitting office. Each area is described on our Home page and on its area page. Before work starts, confirm whether your address is inside city limits or unincorporated Collier County. For the full scope of our repair work, see the Roof Repair page.
